Our virtual MCAT® prep sessions are different than our competitors. How?
First, our instructors are professors who have medical school teaching experience. We do not hire students who happen to have scored high on the MCAT®. In fact, our virtual MCAT® prep sessions are personally taught by Dr. D’Antoni.
Second, we structure our prep sessions based on the evidence-based literature on how college students learn and retrieve information.
We allow you to work through high-quality, MCAT®-style questions and then facilitate a discussion based on the best answer choice and the distractors.
We then explain the domain knowledge that you need to answer the question with confidence. We also teach you what to do if you do not have the knowledge to increase the probability of choosing the correct answer on test day.

Test Bank
Dr. D’Antoni has personally created an online test bank of challenging questions that mimic those on the MCAT®. The test bank contains both passage-based and discrete questions that will help you get to the next level in your preparation.
Many question explanations are linked to free, online textbooks so that you can delve further into the concepts tested. Some explanations are also accompanied by short video clips of Dr. D’Antoni explaining why the correct answers are correct, and why the distractors are not. Brainiac Test Prep is unique in this regard and can offer such video clips because the person who wrote the questions is an expert item writer.
The questions are available as quizzes (each quiz contains 10 questions) so that students have the flexibility of purchasing only questions from the sections that they are struggling with and not obligated to purchase an entire test bank.
Tutoring
Brainiac Test Prep offers a variety of virtual tutoring options. Unless noted otherwise, ALL tutoring sessions are facilitated by Dr. D’Antoni. Brainiac Test Prep does not use medical students or Master’s-level educators for their tutoring sessions. Dr. D’Antoni is available for one-on-one and small group tutoring.

About Dr. Anthony D'Antoni
Anthony V. D’Antoni, MS, DC, PhD has been a medical educator for over 20 years. He is a clinician-scientist who has taught a multitude of courses at MD and DO schools that include clinical anatomy, medical physiology, clinical neuroanatomy, embryology, histology, and radiology. He has also taught courses in psychometrics, research methodology, biostatistics, epidemiology, and public health. He served on the admissions committees at both MD and DO schools.
